SHIPPING & RETURNS

Lasercut Designs provides a prompt and timely delivery service.  We use only reputable and reliable freight & shipping providers to deliver your order on time, every time.


Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within two to five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at info@lasercutdesigns.co.nz

 

Custom Designed or Corporate orders:

Any custom designed work or corporate orders may require a minimum of a week to complete depending on art work provided.  A 20% non-refundable deposit will also be required at time of order.  Once the deposit has been paid, we will proceed with the order and the remaining amount will be invoiced and payment will be required before sending the product out.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of your order is accepted without charge provided we have not already dispatched it. After dispatch we will refund the product value provided it is in original condition and packaging. Courier or freight charges will not be refunded. You (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or bank account that you use when placing your order.
Cancellation will not be accepted if we have completed personalising the product for you.

 

GST within NZ:

All prices shown are GST inclusive. We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand.

 
Taxes, Duties & Customs:

For customers outside of New Zealand, all taxes, duties and Customs issues that arise are the customers full responsibility.

Delivery of New Zealand Orders
Only small parcels will be delivered to postal boxes. Customers on the NZ Rural Delivery Postal route should allow an additional two working days for delivery.

  

Local deliveries (within New Zealand)

Our courier/delivery services cannot deliver to any box lobbies/PO box addresses locally (within New Zealand), therefore you will need to provide us with an up to date physical address to ensure a successful delivery. 

 

Delivery time frame:

Residential/business address: May take up to five (5) business days depending on the location/city.

Rural areas: May require an additional three-five (3-5) business days on top of normal residential/business delivery time frame.

Track and trace are guaranteed and will be provided to you in the confirmation email upon shipment. Please contact our customer service team should you have any queries regarding the track and trace or delivery time frame.

Please understand that Lasercut Designs takes no responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address/insufficient address provided by you and that you are responsible for the cost to resend an order that is returned due those reasons. It is your responsibility to make sure your delivery address details are correct and current to ensure a high chance of a successful delivery

 

Rural delivery

Please note a surcharge will be added to address with a rural delivery.  Any items sent to a Waiheke Island address will have an additional $15.00 charge added.  Chatham Island rates to Wellington plus $35/kg will apply.  We do not offer Saturday delivery unless specified and paid for by the customer but cannot be guaranteed

 

Shipping for International Orders:

Please understand that the delivery time frames are targets ONLY and they are NOT guaranteed. For International shipments, please allow between eight (8) to twenty-one (21) business days from the date of dispatch.  From our experience, depending on the country some customs authorities take longer than others to process inward goods/packages, some airlines do require stopovers before reaching the destination country and for these reasons may cause a delay. How the international postal services/customs operate we have absolutely no control over, but like every postal service’s including NZ Post the time frames are a guideline and aim to have your parcel delivered within the time frames. Shipments to Australia are faster than other countries which will be the less than the time frames advised between 3-10 business days.

  • Please note that additional postage charges may apply if due to the size or the total weight of the order it needs to be split into separate parcels.
  • Some items featured on this site are prohibited from being shipped to certain countries. You will be notified within the checkout if any item in your bag cannot be delivered to your shipping country.
  • Any applicable taxes or duty charges are to be paid by the recipient of the package.
  • Please note we will not be held responsible for any delays caused by Customs in the recipient country, this also includes parcels that are detained or confiscated if they are deemed prohibited by the customs authority in the recipient country.
Supply of Product:

Lasercut Design’s generally holds good stock of all products ready for dispatch within 2-5 working days of receipt of order. We will let you know if there are any delay’s and will provide you with the estimated time for obtaining the product. Our policy is your payment will not be required until we can guarantee delivery.

Normal Delivery Option:

We always make our best endeavours to pack and send your order, so it will arrive to you within reasonable time and in good condition. We use reputable carriers who all have their individual delivery methods. At times, delays, loss or damage can occur with deliveries which are outside our control.

Return of Damaged Goods:

If you receive product that is damaged please keep all the packaging and contact us immediately, we will advise our procedures for return and replacement. Photo’s sent to info@lasercutdesigns.co.nz will be helpful

Defective Goods:

Lasercut Designs product originally comes from Mother Nature. Therefore, it is important to remember each individual product is unique in its colour, texture and size. We try very hard to meet the requirements of each of our customers and supply a consistent standard of product. However, if you are not satisfied with what you have received, please contact us on receipt of your order and we will discuss options with you for return and replacement.
