What types of materials do you use?

Most of our ranges are made from NZ timbers, but we also use and import a sustainable eco friendly Bamboo wood.

What oil do you use on your Chopping Boards?

Vegetable Oil. To ensure you get the best results with your chopping boards, we recommend you oil them often and keep them out of direct sunlight.

What materials can you laser into?

At this stage we are concentrating on wood. Nz Timbers, MDF, Ply, Hard Wood.

Can your products be sent overseas?

Most of our products can be shipped overseas. There are certain items that have a raw edge finish that we do not advise to send as we cannot guarantee they will clear through customs. If there is a certain product you wish to enquire about please call us to discuss.

What is the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at the end of your shop when you checkout online.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Do you supply to Corporate?

Yes, our team can help custom design your logo and branding onto many of our products. Hospitality, chopping blocks, serving platters, we can also build custom bar leaners and tables to order. Call us today to discuss

Do you do custom designed items?

Yes. Most of our products can be custom designed with a personalised message or photo. Some pricing on these are priced on application, this will be stipulated on the website where you can choose to upgrade to customise your product or are asked to send us through a file or contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

What kind of file formats do you accept for customised products?

.Jpeg or .bmp is our preference for photo etching. Vector and .DXF and .EPS files are preferred for logos and branding. Cost can increase due to having to re format files that are not as suitable for our software system.
